In order to appoint the dealers, the appointment notice was published in the national daily newspaper against the dealership. Interested applicants have to apply within the stipulated time. Then the upazila fertilizer and seed monitoring committee was scrutinized. In view of the investigation and inspection report of the witness, the decision was taken on the basis of the scrutiny and recommendation by the Upazila Fertilizer and Seed Monitoring Committee, submitted to the upazila committee. The prepared primary list is sent to the District Fertilizer and Seed Monitoring Committee. After the decision was made in the district committee, the BCIC with the recommendation was sent to Dhaka. One union from each union (01) and dealers of one of the 01 (01) retail fertilizers dealers were appointed in every ward. After the appointment of the fertilizer dealer by the EIWAI and the deposit of two lakhs of rupees, the deal was concluded with the dealers. Procurement of Retail Fertilizer Dealers: In order to be appointed as 01 retail retailers in every ward, residents of the respective wards have to apply to the company. The application was sent to the union committee for scrutiny and after inspection by the union committee, it was sent to the upazila committee with recommendations. At the upazila committee meeting, the retailer was finally elected. Later, retail ID cards of Retail Fertilizers were issued by TOG.
